A comprehensive range of consumables for all models and products is available, many of which are next day delivery and all at competitive prices.

As well as a rapid response breakdown service ADC has a choice of three (3) levels of maintenance agreements to allow Users the best flexibility in planning and costing maintenance of crucial instrumentation.

GOLD
A fixed-charge Service Agreement simply committing the User to use ADC services for a minimum period of 3 years.

Optional annual renewal.
  • Unlimited Engineer visits
  • Minimum 2 planned maintenance visits per year
  • No increase in Agreement price for 3 years
  • Excludes consumables, but provides for 10% discount off standard prices.

SILVER
A Service Agreement simply committing the User to use ADC services for a minimum period of 2 years.


Optional annual renewal.

  • Visits and materials as required
  • Priority call-out - 48hrs
  • No increase in Agreement price for 2 years
  • Excludes consumables, but provides for 7.5% discount off standard prices.

BRONZE
A Service Agreement simply committing the User to use ADC services for a minimum period of 2 years.


Optional annual renewal.

  • Visits and materials as required
  • Priority call-out - 48hrs
  • No increase in Agreement price for 2 years
  • Excludes consumables, but provides for 5% discount off standard prices.
